EDITORIAL POLICY
Global Spectrum of Research and Humanities (GSRH) is a journal that publishes original scientific research across a broad spectrum of subjects, including linguistics, psychology, sociology, history, literature, and teaching methods. The journal is published semiannually, with issues released twice a year. It is designed for educators, researchers, and practitioners involved in teaching languages and exploring how languages are learned and used in different social, historical, and literary contexts.

- Language Teaching: Exploring effective strategies and methodologies for teaching various languages.
- Linguistics: In-depth analysis of language structures and how they can be taught effectively.
- Psychology: Examining cognitive processes involved in language acquisition.
- Sociology: Investigating the relationship between language and society.
- History: Researching historical aspects of language use and their impact on language education.
- Literature: Analyzing literary texts and traditions in the context of language teaching and cultural understanding.
- Teaching Methods: Discussing innovative approaches to teaching and learning in educational settings.
Types of Manuscripts Accepted:
- Research Papers: Presenting empirical work and new findings.
- Theoretical/Conceptual Papers: Offering non-empirical analyses and new perspectives.
- Position Papers: Addressing specific issues with proposed solutions or directions.
- Case Studies: Highlighting particular issues in language education through theoretical and practical lenses.
- Reviews: Providing comprehensive overviews of existing research (by invitation).
- Letters to the Editor: Offering opinions or responses to previously published material.
Manuscript Structure:
- Abstract: A concise summary (150-200 words) outlining the research objectives, methods, results, and significance.
- Introduction: Background information and rationale for the research, discussing previous studies and their relevance.
- Literature Review: A comprehensive review of existing literature relevant to the research topic, identifying gaps that the current study aims to fill.
- Research Objectives: Clear statement of the aims and objectives of the research.
- Research Questions: Specific questions that the research seeks to answer, guiding the study’s focus.
- Research Methodology: Detailed description of the methods used, allowing replication of the study.
- Research Results: Presentation of findings, organized into subheadings if necessary.
- Discussion: Interpretation of results in the context of existing research, including suggestions for future research.
- Conclusions: Summary of the research's significance, implications, and potential impact.
- Acknowledgments: Recognition of contributions and funding sources.
- References: Alphabetically ordered list following APA 7th Edition style.
- Appendices (if any): Additional material that supports the research.
Submission Guidelines:
- Language: Manuscripts must be written in clear and grammatical English. Authors for whom English is a second language are encouraged to have their manuscripts proofread.
- Formatting: Manuscripts should be prepared in Word, using 12-point Times New Roman font, with single spacing and specific margin settings.
- Figures and Tables: Should be placed within the text at appropriate locations, and in black and white.
- References: In-text citations should follow APA 7th Edition style, with a DOI provided if applicable.
- Ethics and Originality: All submissions must be original, not previously published, and free of plagiarism. The similarity index should not exceed 15%.
Review Process:
- Manuscripts are reviewed anonymously by two experts in the relevant field.
- The review process typically takes about two months.
- Minor editorial changes may be made by the co-editors, while significant revisions will require author input.
Copyright Notice:
- GSRH articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution license, with authors retaining copyright while granting others permission to use the content with proper citation.
- Authors grant GSRH the right of first publication and nonexclusive rights for future publication.
