Peer Review Process
Global Spectrum of Research and Humanities (GSRH) follows a rigorous double-blind external peer review process. All submitted manuscripts undergo evaluation to ensure academic quality, originality, and scholarly integrity.
1. Initial Editorial Screening
Each submission is first reviewed by the editorial team for scope, structure, and compliance with the journal's guidelines. Manuscripts that do not meet basic requirements may be returned to the author or rejected at this stage.
2. Double-Blind External Review
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are sent to at least two independent external reviewers who are experts in the relevant field. The review is double-blind: the identities of authors and reviewers are kept confidential from each other throughout the process.
3. Reviewer Independence
Reviewers are selected from institutions different from those of the authors. A reviewer who is affiliated with the same institution as any author, or who has any conflict of interest, is not assigned to that manuscript. This ensures that all evaluations are impartial and free from institutional or personal bias.
4. Review Criteria
Reviewers assess each manuscript for originality, significance, methodology, clarity, scholarly contribution, and appropriate use of references.
5. Editorial Decision
Based on the reviewers' reports, the Editor-in-Chief makes the final decision: accept, minor revisions, major revisions, or reject. Authors receive the reviewers' comments to guide any required revisions.
6. Revisions and Final Approval
Revised manuscripts may be returned to the original reviewers for re-evaluation. Final acceptance is granted only when the manuscript meets the journal's academic standards.
The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for the content of the entire journal, including any special issues, all of which follow the same external peer review process.
