Fees Policy

The Global Spectrum of Research and Humanities (GSRH) is committed to maintaining accessibility for authors and readers alike while covering operational costs for publishing. The following fees apply:
1. Submission Fee
- Fee: Free
- There are no fees for submitting manuscripts for initial review.
2. Article Processing Charges (APC)
- Fee: 50 AZN (approximately $30 USD) per accepted article
- This fee supports the peer-review process, editorial services, production, online hosting, and long-term preservation of the published article.
3. Waivers and Discounts
- GSRH values inclusivity and supports researchers facing financial constraints. Authors who demonstrate need may apply for a partial or full waiver of the APC.
- Waiver requests must be submitted during the initial manuscript submission process and cannot be applied retroactively.
4. Print Copy Fees
- Optional Print Copies: 50 AZN per copy
- Authors or readers may order print copies of the issue by contacting the journal team.
5. Payment Process
- Upon acceptance of an article, authors will receive an invoice with payment instructions. Payments must be completed prior to publication.
- Payment options include bank transfer, cash payment (for local authors), and other secure methods.
6. Transparency and Ethics
- The journal ensures that article acceptance is based solely on academic merit, originality, and relevance to its scope, unaffected by an author’s ability to pay.
