Article Formatting Guidelines

Global Spectrum of Research and Humanities (GSRH)

Submission Policy

Authors are required to submit their manuscripts via the official journal submission system or by email.

Preferred submission method:
Submit through the GSRH website

Alternatively, manuscripts may be submitted via email:
editor@gsrh.net
Subject Line: Publication Request – [Your Article Title]

Please do not submit through both methods. Choose one.


Formatting Requirements

  • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt

  • Line Spacing: Single (1.0)

  • Margins: 2.54 cm on all sides

  • Text Alignment: Justified

  • Title: Bold and centered

  • Author Details: Left-aligned. Include full name, institutional affiliation, ORCID iD, and email address (if applicable)

  • Page Numbers: Bottom-center of each page


Article Structure

Submitted manuscripts must include the following elements:

  1. Abstract

    • 150–250 words

    • A clear summary of the article’s purpose, methodology, findings, and conclusion

  2. Keywords

    • 5–7 relevant terms

  3. Introduction

  4. Main Body

    • Structured with numbered sections and subsections

  5. Conclusion

  6. References

    • Must follow the APA 7th Edition citation style

    • Ensure consistency in both in-text citations and the reference list


Article Length

Article Type Word Count (including abstract, references, and tables)
Full Research Article 3,000 – 6,000 words
Short Paper / Case Study 1,500 – 2,500 words
Book Review / Commentary 800 – 1,200 words

Languages of Publication

GSRH accepts manuscripts in the following languages:

  • English

  • Azerbaijani

  • Russian

  • Turkish
